It is week eight of Strictly Come Dancing and the competition is heating up as the contestants fight for their place at Blackpool.

The eight remaining couples will take to the dancefloor once again tonight (November 15) in a bid to make it through another week and earn a spot dancing in the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

Last week, it was Vicky Pattison and Kai Widdrington who found themselves at the top of the leader board with a score of 39 for their Tango to The Fate of Ophelia by Taylor Swift.

Meanwhile, Harry Aikines-Aryeetey was eliminated from the competition after losing the dance-off to La Voix.
