Richard Madeley has candidly admitted "I hate them" in a frank discussion about his fellow television presenters. The Good Morning Britain presenter says he realised he was "bulletproof" from negative publicity early in his career.
In conversation with Busted's Matt Willis, Richard expressed his belief that presenters "shouldn't take themselves seriously". Despite this, Richard, who kick-started his TV career at Granada Reports in the 1980s, confessed that criticism was "painful" when he first began.
Nowadays, Richard views any negative comments about him as "fair comment". This comes as he confesses there are certain presenters he "hates" without any particular reason.
