ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man has been arrested and charged for throwing rocks at businesses downtown.
Ryan Williams, 35, was charged with two counts of first-degree property damage, according to court documents.
According to the documents, Williams was seen in surveillance video picking and throwing rocks at the Hertz Building on Thursday at 5:40 a.m., destroying seven windows in the process.
On the same day at around 8 a.m., Williams was seen in surveillance picking and throwing rocks at two glass panels of the Globe Building.
The videos were clear enough to identify Williams, who was arrested on Friday.
According to the police, the investigation is ongoing.
