PHOENIX — Tempe police questioned at least two former city officials during their investigation into a social media post that led to the evacuation of City Council chambers last August, according to a police report obtained by 12News.
Police evacuated the council members and 75 other people from the City Chambers last August because of what they said were safety concerns and an “imminent threat that could be similar to the explosion scene in the animated video.”
The police report says the “imminent threat” was allegedly conveyed via a “Game of Thrones” video meme.
Kathleen Tierney, 56, was arrested in September at her home in Tucson . She is a former executive director of the Pat Tillman Foundation and Cox Communications manager.
