ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — Even though the ESPN show ‘College Gameday’ didn’t come to Arkadelphia after much anticipation, that didn’t dull fans’ enthusiasm for the 98th Battle of the Ravine.
The game is unusual regardless of whether any major networks show up; for instance, it’s not often you see the road team walking to a college football game with their fans lining the streets.
“It’s different from every game you have throughout the year,” Cody Aderholt, a senior at Ouachita Baptist University (OBU), said.
