The next stop for Mid-Penn Conference rep State College is a PIAA 6A quarterfinal date with the eventual WPIAL champion.

Running back D’Antae Sheffey collected 149 yards and four touchdowns Saturday as the Lions decked Wilkes-Barre 52-0 at Milton High School.

Sheffey secured three of his touchdowns in the opening quarter, while a Connor Kulka to Hank Lustig TD connection helped Matt Lintal’s crew take a 28-0 advantage after 12 minutes.

Lustig added a long punt return for another score.

On the other side, the Lions (10-2) used a suffocating defense to derail the District 2 champion Wolfpack (8-5). Wilkes-Barre produced just 35 yards of offense.

Kulka finished 7 of 11 for 111 passing yards.
