MURRAY, Ky. — UND overcame a rocky first half to beat Murray State 35-17 in the last road game of the regular season on Saturday afternoon.
It stopped a two-game skid for the Fighting Hawks, who improved to 7-4 with the win. No. 13 UND wraps up the regular season next week in a home game against South Dakota State.

The Hawks had more bad news on the injury front.
Senior nickel Avery Scott exited the game in the first half with a lower-body injury. He was loaded into an ambulance during the game, and was seen in a boot with crutches afterward.
He will likely miss the rest of the season.
