CONROE, Texas (KBTX) - A Conroe man is being held on a $250,000 bond after being charged on 5 separate counts of possession and promotion of child pornography.

Texas DPS, along with several other agencies including the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children ( ICAC ) Taskforce, executed a search of 31-year-old Sean Lyon’s Conroe residence where he was taken into custody on the scene. Lyon was then booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Further investigation showed that Lyon had utilized multiple social media accounts to download and upload child sexual abuse material. Lyon has been charged with five counts of possession and promotion of child pornography.
