Twinsburg police are investigating a shooting death in the 10800 block of Ravenna Road that led to the arrest of a 15-year-old Twinsburg Township boy on Saturday, Nov. 15.

Officers took the teen into custody on charges of murder and tampering with evidence, according to the Twinsburg Police Department . He was taken to the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center, where he is being held pending a hearing.

Details about the victim are unknown at this time.

Police said the investigation remains ongoing but that there is no threat to the public.

The Twinsburg Fire Department, Valley Enforcement Group, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification are assisting with the case.
