Buffalo signed Mecole Hardman to the active roster Saturday, elevated Gabe Davis from the practice squad, and Joshua Palmer will return from injury after missing three games. The reshuffled receiver room comes as the Bills (6-3) continue searching for a consistent deep threat and more separation downfield.
