New Delhi: In an exclusive interaction with ETHealthworld , Shanker Kaul, Chairman, India Health Market , Elsevier, shared that India’s healthcare ecosystem is uniquely positioned to lead in AI adoption, where necessity, policy, and innovation intersect. Elucidating how India’s unique mix of innovation, necessity, and scale is positioning it as a global leader in healthcare AI adoption, Kaul stressed that the real goal isn’t more data but better insight. “India is data rich but insight poor,” he said, adding that by 2030, “success will mean connected intelligence, where AI predicts and prevents disease, not just diagnoses it.”
