Anyone who has worked in retail understands how annoying it can be to have to find coverage for a shift when you want a day off. Unfortunately, one Gen Zer learned the hard way that retail workers can be cuthroat, even if they’re your “friend” when it comes to getting time off.

The 22-year-old took to the r/AITA forum on Reddit to share her grievances and what happened.
