KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Tennessee Volunteers have moved up in the AP Poll following a win against the New Mexico State Aggies.

The latest AP Poll released on Sunday has the Vols ranked No. 20 in the country, an improvement of one spot from No. 21, where the Vols were ranked last week after their second bye week of the season.

Ohio State maintains its No. 1 position with Indiana ranked No. 2. Other SEC teams ranked in the top 25 are No. 3 Texas A&M, No. 4 Georgia, No. 5 Ole Miss, No. 8 Oklahoma, No. 10 Alabama, No. 12 Vanderbilt, No. 17 Texas and No. 23 Missouri.
