Commander Bruce D. Hallet pumped up Browns fans at Huntington Bank Field before Cleveland's game against the Ravens.

The U.S. Navy Commander smashed a black and purple guitar with the Ravens logo on it before Cleveland played Baltimore for the second time this season.

Commander Hallet currently serves as the Commanding Officer of the USS Cleveland. He joined the Navy in July 1998 and was selected for the Seamen to Admiral Program in 2003. He attended the Naval Science Institute and was then commissioned through the NROTC program at the Maine Maritime Academy in December 2006.

He went on his first sea tour from 2007-09 as the Combat Information Center Officer and Training Officer in USS Oak Hill. He went on a shore tour from 2009-14 to the NROTC Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, Maine,
