NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Jake Wright drilled a 35-yard field goal as time expired to lift the Houston Texans to a 16-13 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at Nissan Stadium.
Houston scored 13 straight points in the second half before Tennessee quarterback Cam Ward tied the game at 13 with a 4-yard touchdown pass to Xavier Jefferson with 1:35 remaining. Ward finished 24 of 37 for 194 yards with no turnovers and added 33 rushing yards. Joey Slye accounted for Tennessee’s early points with field goals of 56 and 47 yards.
