CINCINNATI, Ohio — Jalen Ramsey’s day on Sunday ended early when he was ejected in the fourth quarter of the Steelers’ 34-12 rout of the Bengals in Pittsburgh for throwing a punch at Ja’Marr Chase.
The play happened after the Bengals took a timeout when facing a 4th-and-1.
After the game, the Steelers defensive back gave his side of the story and explained why he threw a punch at Chase.
“He spit on me,” Ramsey told reporters including Brendan Howe of SteelersNow.com . “I don’t give an (expletive) about football at that point, respectfully.”
