PORTLAND, Ore. — A shooting inside a Southeast Portland home early Sunday left one person dead and two others injured, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Officers responded to a residence near Southeast 125th Avenue and Division Street at 6:34 a.m. after receiving reports of gunshots.

Police found three people with gunshot wounds and a fourth person with a minor injury when they arrived at the scene. Officers provided first aid before paramedics transported the victims to the hospital.

Despite lifesaving efforts, one of the gunshot victims died at the hospital, police said. The conditions of the other two gunshot victims were not immediately released.

The suspect or suspects fled before officers arrived, and no arrests have been made, according to police.
