A Zippee silicone activity toy recalled by Mobi Games in November 2025.

A popular children's toy is being recalled after a child choked and needed medical attention.

Mobi Games issued the recall for about 117,500 Zippee silicone activity toys, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, Nov. 13. About 25,786 toys were also purchased in Canada.

The silicone strings on the toy have spherical ends that can reach the back of a child's throat, posing a serious choking hazard. One child gagged, vomited, and choked after placing the toy in their mouth. The child was treated and released, according to the CPSC.

The toys were sold nationwide on Amazon, PlayMobi.com, specialty toy stores, and other online platforms. They were available between November 2019 and January 2024 for about $20.

The recalled product is a teal silicone cylinder with six colorful pull strings. Five of those strings have spherical silicone balls attached.

Parents are urged to stop letting their kids play with the toy immediately and contact Mobi Games for a full refund. Instructions on how to register the product and safely destroy it are available on the company's website.
