The fire in Prince George's County.

A fast-moving wind-fueled two-alarm fire tore through a Maryland home and triggered a massive response after part of the structure collapsed, officials said.

Prince George’s County Fire/EMS crews were called around 3:21 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16, to the 9600 block of Stuart Lane in Clinton, where they found a single-family home with flames tearing through the roof, according to the agency.

Due to the weather conditions and a partial collapse of the roof, firefighters called for a second alarm as the blaze ripped through the home, officials said.

The fire was declared under control around 5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. No injuries were reported, but two adults and a dog are displaced and being assisted by the Prince George's County Office of Emergency Management.

No additional details have been released. Crews remained on the scene into the evening.
