NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans police are investigating a shooting that sent a man to the hospital Sunday night.

Police said a gunshot victim arrived at an area hospital via private conveyance shortly before 7:30 p.m.

Investigators believe the man was shot in the 1200 block of Murl Street.

Police have not released details about the victim’s condition or potential suspects. Further information was not immediately available.
