1) Another instance of beating an opponent at their own game

For a second straight week, Oregon beat its opponent at its own game. Hammering Minnesota was expected. Doing so in the manner in which the Ducks did, while shorthanded again, utilizing all their available offensive weapons and containing the Gophers was still an impressive feat.

This Minnesota team isn’t built like years ago, but Darius Taylor was back and by far its best offensive threat. Other than him, Oregon limited nearly everyone else with the exception of one long pass.
