Quantity does not equal quality when it comes to Thanksgiving fare; because the iconic food holiday is better at attracting a lot of dishes than any particularly good ones.
Bland turkey, root vegetables and desserts filled with squash — the late-November eats are more of a Weight Watchers single-day diet plan then a feast worth celebrating (and, more often then not, they're under-seasoned, overcooked or sourced from the most generic supermarket chain your aunt could possibly find).
