The Albanese Government is launching a new alcohol awareness campaign with the families of Melbourne teens Bianca Jones and Holly Morton-Bowles, who tragically died from methanol poisoning in Laos last November.
On the eve of Schoolies, Foreign Minister Penny Wong and Education Minister Jason Clare will hold a press conference with Shaun Bowles, Samantha Morton, Mark Jones and Michelle Jones, in Melbourne on Tuesday.
The partnership with DrinkWise is called “Drinking? Drink Mindfully” and aims to equip school leavers with the tools to travel safely, allowing them to make informed decisions about alcohol and to celebrate with confidence.
