Cole Palmer's World Cup chances are slipping away with every match - he's got no credit in the bank under Thomas Tuchel.

That's the view of legendary talkSPORT broadcaster Adrian Durham, who believes the Chelsea star is danger of watching next year's major tournament through his TV screen.

Palmer has featured just once under Tuchel for the Three Lions, which came in the drab 1-0 away victory at Andorra in June.

A hamstring injury kept him out of the German's first squad in March, while groin issues have seen the 23-year-old miss the last three squads.

The Manchester City academy graduate has mustered just four outings for Chelsea this term, with his last appearance coming at Manchester United in September.
