Andhra Pradesh has taken a major leap toward next-generation aviation with the launch of India’s first 500-acre eVTOL Giga Campus, a landmark project set to accelerate the country’s capabilities in advanced aerospace manufacturing and Urban Air Mobility (UAM).

The facility, developed by Sarla Aviation in partnership with the Andhra Pradesh government, is positioned to become one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated hubs for electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

The project gained formal momentum after the signing of a major Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sarla Aviation and the state government, followed by its official handover during a special ceremony.
