Vacancy rate for office space ticks up in Clark County

Clark County’s office market dipped a bit in the past year.

But with the addition of the new Port of Vancouver’s Terminal 1 corporate center, an increase in the county’s office direct vacancy rate — space that’s actively on the market for lease — wasn’t out of the blue.
