Five players returned from injury, including starting cornerback Taron Johnson and Christian Benford and starting defensive tackle DaQuan Jones, and their presence was immediately felt. Buffalo's pass defense held Tampa Bay quarterback Baker Mayfield to 173 yards passing with an interception and Jones' strip sack on Mayfield with less than two minutes to play clinched the Bills' win.
