Agartala, 17 th November 2025: Unakoti district has launched a series of initiatives to control and prevent dengue and other vector-borne diseases. According to the district health authorities, a total of 348 people underwent dengue screening across various subdivisions between 11 and 17 November 2025. Among them, 96 individuals tested positive, and two patients are currently undergoing treatment.
In response to the situation, the District Health and Family Welfare Society has taken swift action. A special team comprising district health officials visited the affected areas and ensured the implementation of necessary preventive measures.
