Army veterans will soon be able to call a 19th Century manor in Rochdale home.
Denehurst House, within Rochdale’s Denehurst Park, has been transformed into five purpose-built apartments for former members of the armed forces.
A community café and a new toilet facility complete the remodelling of the once tired building on the ground floor.
All original features, which include extensive ornate coving and bay windows, have been restored as part of the project, which was delivered on the council’s behalf by local contractors, H Bell and Sons.
