Loose Women star Ruth Langsford has revealed the ‘hard lesson’ she learned after suffering a heartbreaking family loss.
The ITV presenter recently used her social media platforms to open up about the ‘responsibility’ of unpaid carers around the UK.
Ruth helps to look after her mum , Joan, who was diagnosed with dementia shortly after her father Dennis died in 2012 following complications caused by Alzheimer's disease.
The 65-year-old’s mum is currently living in a care home in Surrey, located around the corner from Ruth's house.
