GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police have released the cause of death for a man pulled from the Grand River in Grand Rapids.
The body was pulled from the Grand River around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, according to city officials. Crews responded to the river near Leonard Street to recover the man's body.
A medical examiner ruled the man died by drowning. Police say there are no obvious signs of foul play in the death, but the investigation is ongoing.
