A 54-year-old Roseville man who is a school administrator in Detroit was ordered to face charges of sexually assaulting a minor in a higher court following a court hearing.

Jerome Younger was ordered to appear in Macomb County Circuit Court in Mount Clemens on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and second-degree criminal sexual conduct by Judge Kathleen Tocco following a preliminary examination Friday in 39th District Court in Roseville. A preliminary examination determined whether there is probable cause that a crime was committed and Younger committed it.
