The New York Giants have been in overhaul mode all week. They fired Brian Daboll , handed the interim head-coaching job to Mike Kafka , and benched rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart after he landed in concussion protocol, turning to Jameis Winston in the meantime. Now, the team wants Dart to make some adjustments of his own. The most obvious one? Stop taking so many hits.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter even reported that the Giants have urged Dart to be more selective and more aware of when he runs and how he puts his body at risk.
