MADISON, Wis. — The Madison Police Department reported that a person of interest was arrested Monday afternoon in connection with a targeted incident involving a man with a gunshot wound who entered a Taco Bell on the city's west side late Sunday night.
The police department's Violent Crime Unit and the Special Weapons and Tactics Unit executed a search warrant along the 700 block of Whitney Way related to this investigation. A suspect was taken into custody on a Department of Corrections hold at around
