One week removed from the Detroit Lions earning their highest-ever offensive Pro Football Focus grade , things couldn’t have gone much differently for the Lions offense Sunday night.
After suffering a 16-9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles , the Lions (6-4) were tagged with a 56.4 overall offensive grade, the lowest by the franchise since Week 14 of 2023.
The Lions moved the ball fairly well with 317 total yards of offense, but their inefficiency and 3-of-18 finish on third and fourth downs ruined the team’s chances at taking a win off the Eagles (8-2) on the road.
The Detroit defense holding Philadelphia to 272 yards and just one touchdown despite facing frequent short fields kept the team from its lowest overall PFF grade of the season.
