BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Areas of dense fog will once again be an issue overnight into Monday morning. Visibility could be limited to less than a quarter of a mile in a few spots. Give yourself a few extra minutes out the door in the morning to account for some fog related delays. Also grab the umbrella. The morning hours will remain dry. The same can’t be said for the rest of Monday. Showers and t-storms will increase in coverage and intensity through the afternoon into the evening. One or two storms could have the potential of becoming strong/severe with damaging wind and hail. Storms will continue overnight into Tuesday morning before we see a big drop-off in rain chance Tuesday afternoon as a weak cold front pushes through.
