BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - The family of a woman killed during Cruisin’ the Coast 2023 is finding closure after the man who committed the crime was sentenced Monday. The crash, described as ‘horrific’ by the judge, was captured on surveillance video obtained by WLOX News.

The video shows a blue Volkswagen Jetta driving erratically and doing donuts in the parking lot of Edgewater Mall. Joshua Ray Bullock was behind the wheel of the sedan as it sped through the Starbucks parking lot. He narrowly avoided colliding with a truck before he slammed into a parked red Jeep Cherokee.

67-year-old Donna Lee Wilson was pinned between her Jeep and the Volkswagen. The Georgia woman was visiting her adult daughter Paula Wrye for Cruisin’ the Coast.
