HOUSTON – A love triangle in northeast Houston turned violent — and it was all caught on camera.
A father said his wife’s lover is behind a hit-and-run that left him in a wheelchair, and he’s now seeking justice.
Miguel Alvarado said he was standing on a street, hoping to confront the man he claims is seeing his wife. Instead, he was hit by a dark-colored SUV that sped off near the intersection of Tidford Street and Friendly Road.
“Everything went dark, and I don’t remember a thing. When I woke up, I was in pain. I broke my foot, and my shoulder was dislocated,” Alvarado said.
The video shows Alvarado, his wife, and their 14-year-old son. Moments after Alvarado was hit, his son can be seen hitting the SUV’s window.
Alvarado says he caught his wife of 24 years talking to another man.
