Police in Upper Chichester in Delaware County are looking for suspects caught on camera stealing cars in the early morning hours of Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025.

According to police, the car thefts happened in the area of the Meetinghouse Park apartments, as well as along Meetinghouse and Bridge roads.

The only description of the alleged perpetrators came from a pair of surveillance photos shared by police, which showed someone in a red hoodie and then another person.
