Any showers this afternoon and evening will be light and widely scattered. Winds will be a bit breezy this afternoon, with gusts between 10 and 20 mph. High temperatures should generally reach the mid-40s, with some spots near 50 in the Columbia Basin. As winds calm overnight, fog will develop, and temperatures will drop to around freezing by Wednesday morning, the chilliest weather in several days.
