LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man in Lenoir County is once again back in custody after being spotted walking around a church parking lot with an active warrant out for his arrest.
According to public records, Frankie Lee Tucker Jr. has a long criminal history including convictions for breaking and entering motor vehicles 22 times, first-degree burglary, and more offenses across multiple counties including Wake, Nash, Rockingham, Moore, Lee, Harnett, and Lenoir.
On Sunday, deputies responded to a call about a man walking around a church with a flashlight in the 3700 block of Banks School Road.
When a deputy arrived, they detained Tucker Jr. who was taken into custody on an active parole violation warrant.
He had been arrested on November 12 by Kinston police for trying to break into
