Thanksgiving is perhaps one of the most divisive American holidays, and not only because of infamous dinner table political debates or its controversial history . The traditional foods themselves have a tendency to stir up conversation, at least within The Arizona Republic newsroom. Some of us spend all year dreaming about green bean casserole and sweet potatoes. Others think turkey is too dry, and would rather skip the stuffing altogether.
