Sunderland are reportedly in the race to sign Mexico's Santiago Gimenez amid doubts over his AC Milan future

Giménez’s future in Italy has become increasingly uncertain, even though his contract runs until 2029. Local reports suggest the Mexican striker may be nearing the end of his spell at San Siro, drawing interest from several clubs across Europe – including Sunderland .
