DICKINSON — While the holiday season is something to look forward to for most people, it can also be a particularly stressful time of year for many people.

In 2023, the American Psychological Association (APA) released a survey titled “Even a joyous holiday can cause stress for most Americans.” The poll found that 89% of adults report that “something causes them stress during the holiday season.”

41% said that their stress increases during the holidays, and 52% said that their stress levels remained the same.
