Three men are charged with knocking a person over the head with a beer bottle on Market Street in Upper Darby.

Jonathan Salinas-Vasquez, 24, Lansdowne; Jose Gaviria-Sanchez, 26, Philadelphia; and Paul Urina-Sanchez, 24, Upper Darby have all been charged with aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, harassment and evading arrest or detention.

According to the criminal complaint filed by Officer Erica Bellino:

Units were called about 8:30 p.m. police were called to the 6400 block of Market Street for a fight inside a business.

Officers arrived and observed a group fighting outside. Officers ordered the group to stop and three began to walk away.

As police approached, the trio ran on Market Street and onto Powell Lane.
