There is a chance of snow showers into the Wednesday morning commute in the northwest part of New Jersey prompting a warning from the NJ Department of Transportation.

"There is a forecast for isolated snow showers in Northwest NJ late tonight and tomorrow morning. Roads may be slippery during the morning commute. Plan extra time and use caution. #WinterWeather," the NJDOT posted on X.

The National Weather Service is calling for temperatures to reach 30 degrees in Northwest NJ.
