A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Tuesday at 10:35 p.m. for freezing rain and drizzle until Wednesday at 5 a.m. for Cambria and Somerset counties.

"Rain will slide to the east through the middle of the night, and become lighter. Temperatures are near the freezing mark, especially over the higher elevations. Patches of freezing rain or drizzle are possible tonight. If traveling over the higher elevations, be prepared for icy patches on the roads, mainly on bridges and overpasses. The visibility may also get very poor tonight, especially on the ridgetops. Use extra caution if you must travel tonight," states the weather service.
