ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Leslie Harvey’s home suffered extensive damage during the May 16 tornado, particularly to the roof.

She filed a claim with her insurance company, received a payout and started the process of repairing her north St. Louis home.

“So that was the goal, to be back in my house, but as you can see, nothing has been done,” Harvey said.

Harvey researched contractors through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and selected Trusted Roofing and Exteriors, which is listed as a BBB-accredited business, with an A+ rating.
