ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — There’s a special exhibition now on display at a catholic museum in St. Augustine -- just in time for the holiday season.
More than 100 sculptures and other works, collected over the years, depict the nativity scene at the museum run by the Sisters of St. Joseph of St. Augustine.
“It puts everyone in the spirit and it’s just a beautiful example of Jesus’ birthday," said Korrine McGill, curator of the Father Miguel O’Reilly House Museum.
Right now, it's hosting its first “Nativities from Around the Globe” exhibit, featuring culturally diverse art depicting Jesus’ birth.
The artwork comes from Europe, Africa, Latin America, and more.
