Three firefighters were sent to the hospital for evaluation after a fire at a restaurant inside of Foxwoods Resort Casino on Tuesday night.

The fire broke out at the David Burke Prime steakhouse in the Grand Pequot Tower.

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation fire department said in a statement, “We have provided an all-clear on the situation at the Grand Pequot Tower. The area has been deemed safe and secure. All areas of the resort including The Fox Tower, Great Cedar, Rainmaker and, now, Grand Pequot Tower have resumed normal operations and are safe to access. Fire department personnel are on scene for clean-up of the area.”
